Mr. Confex Makhalira
"The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law." (Deutronomy 29:29) Confex Makhalira works as an Administrator for Logos Ministries, an organization that trains Christian leaders in the area of theology, leadership and counselling. He is also a Bible teacher and coordinates and teaches a weekend theological classes at Mordern Berea Theological School. Confex is also a columnist and regular contributor to religious section of Nation on Sunday, one of the major local newspapers in Malawi. Confex graduated from African Bible College in the class of 2006 with a BA in Biblical Studies and minor in Communications. He was once a student chaplain at the college. While in college, he also served as a deacon at Kaning'a CCAP. From 2008 to 2011, he was deputy chairman for Religious Desk of Malawi Writers Union. He is happily married to Mwai and they live in Lilongwe where they are active members of Mvama CCAP Congregation. |
